1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Important: You must contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide return instructions.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (shoe box or protective bag).
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- You must contact Cloud Clogs UK before shipping the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Customised or personalised products
- Items showing clear signs of wear, use, or damage
4. Return Shipping Costs
Free returns: We cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns, as long as you follow our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items to avoid delays or lost parcels.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was defective or sent in error.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Depending on availability, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a return for a refund and place a new order.
