Shipping
How long does delivery take? We offer two delivery options across the UK:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Free)
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (£9.95)
Orders placed before 8 PM (GMT) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
Do you ship outside the UK? No — we currently ship within the UK only.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not offer direct exchanges.
My item arrived faulty or damaged — what do I do? Email us at support@thecloudclogsuk.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to apply the credit.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@thecloudclogsuk.store and we'll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely and we never store your card details.
Sizing
How do I find my size? Trace your foot on paper, measure heel to longest toe in centimetres, and match to the Size Chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up.
